A beautiful half of a passive semi-detached house with a garden, 4+kk layout, and an area of 130 m 2, located near a deer park and with a maximum capacity of up to 10 people. The house is situated in a quiet location near the forest, yet only a 5-minute drive from the tourist center and all services in Lipno nad Vltavou.

The layout of the house is suitable for up to two families with children and offers above-standard amenities.

Ideal for 6-10 people

The apartment is designed so that even several families with children or a group of friends can enjoy sufficient comfort and privacy. Even in unfavorable weather, you will enjoy your vacation in the apartment, and everyone will surely find their own corner for relaxation.

Area 130 m²

The apartment is spread over 2 floors, with the main living area with kitchen and bathroom with toilet, and terrace on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bedroom floor with a spacious hallway and a bathroom with toilet.

3 bedrooms, 2 floors

Two bedrooms are spacious with a double bed and a pull-out drawer in the form of an extra bed (width 80 cm, and both extra beds can be used in one bedroom). The large bedrooms also have a built-in loft with a mattress (160 cm or 140 cm). Access to the loft is via a ladder, and the space is equipped with a power outlet and light. There is also a smaller "children's" bedroom with 2 beds.

Free WiFi

WiFi is a matter of course, and a fixed data connection for work is also available in the large bedrooms and living room. The TV is connected to the internet via a fixed connection.

X-box game console

An X-box game console is available at no extra cost, with one controller connected to the console by cable. If you need more controllers, you will need to bring your own - wireless or wired.

Top-of-the-line kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances such as a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, toaster, KRUPS capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and electric grill in case the weather is bad. Of course, there are dishes and utensils for preparing almost all common dishes, including baking.

Storage space

You will find spacious wardrobes in all bedrooms. In the entrance area, there is a spacious shoe rack with hangers and storage space for additional clothing. The apartment includes a storage room, which is accessible from the outside and can be used to store bicycles, skis, strollers, sleds, bobsleds, etc.

Private parking

The apartment offers convenient parking for 2 cars (2 secure parking spaces for each client). If you need an additional parking space, an individual agreement is possible. The maximum parking capacity for our guests is up to 4 cars. A new feature is the possibility of connecting to a Wallbox for charging electric cars.

Outdoor terrace

The outdoor terrace is very spacious and the entire area of the house terrace is available. The terrace is completely fenced with gates to the garden and forest. The gates can be closed (children cannot fall, dogs cannot run away, etc.).

Charcoal grill

A Weber grill is available for use, including accessories (grilling tools). One portion of charcoal per grill is standard; additional charcoal can be provided for an extra charge.

Accommodation description

The house has two floors. On the ground floor, next to the entrance hall and bathroom with shower and toilet, there is a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped large kitchen. The living area is connected to a terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a Weber
charcoal grill. The terrace without a dividing railing connects to the terrace belonging to the other half of the house, which is not for rent.

A wood-burning fireplace (1 bag of wood with fire starter is included in the price of your stay) creates a romantic atmosphere. On the second floor, there are three spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. The two spacious double bedrooms each have a 180x200 cm double bed, and in each bedroom, a drawer with a mattress in the form of a so-called extra bed with the standard dimensions of a single bed, i.e., 90x200 cm, can be pulled out from under the double bed. The third smaller bedroom has two single beds. Each master bedroom also has a sleeping loft with a mattress, which can be accessed via a sturdy wooden ladder. This loft can comfortably sleep one physically fit adult or older child (see photos in the gallery). One bedroom has a 140x200 cm mattress and the other has a 160x200 cm mattress.

Each bedroom has wardrobes and plenty of storage space. A travel cot (including a soft mattress) can be placed in the bedroom, which is available free of charge in the house, as is a high chair.

The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an air recovery system, underfloor heating, outdoor blackout blinds on the skylights, and the option of separate security for individual zones and storage space.

The living room has a TV with apps such as YouTube and Netflix. After a well-deserved trip or in case of bad weather, children can use the X-box game console. High-speed Wi-Fi in the house is a matter of course. A washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and hair straightener are available, as well as a safe.

Next to the main entrance to the house is a storage area for bikes and skis with integrated holders and a socket for charging your own bikes or scooters.

The house has a parking space equipped with a socket for charging electric cars, necessary maintenance, or cleaning the car.
